Our dealer agreements with manufacturers include Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, which restrict publicly advertised pricing. A private quote to a member isn't public advertising — it's the same way every wholesale buying club has always worked. Once you're in, ask for a price on anything we carry and you'll get it directly.

Member pricing runs below common retail — often around 10%, sometimes more, depending on the brand. Some manufacturers run tighter than others, but as a member you never pay retail. At around 10%, the $99 membership pays for itself on roughly $1,000 of gear: one inverter, or one battery order.

All sales are final. That's the trade, stated plainly: retail prices include the cost of everyone's returns, and ours don't. Confirm your model numbers before you approve your invoice — we'll always read your exact SKUs back to you first.

The one exception: anything that arrives damaged or dead gets replaced. See below.

Email contact@nomadenergy.club within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your invoice number. We work directly with the supplier to get you a working replacement. Every item also ships brand new with the full manufacturer's warranty, so you're covered against factory defects long after delivery.

Orders drop-ship factory-direct and typically arrive in 3–5 business days, depending on warehouse location and stock. Shipping is billed at actual carrier cost — no markup, no subsidy. Batteries and inverters are heavy freight and cost real money to move; you'll see the exact figure itemized on your invoice before you pay anything.

No, on both counts. Membership is strictly for retail end users — DIY builders buying for their own rigs and properties. Commercial resale is prohibited, and membership is closed to anyone employed by or affiliated with a manufacturer, distributor, dealer, or retailer in the solar and energy-storage industry. Memberships are terminated without refund where resale or undisclosed industry affiliation is found. This is how we protect the pricing structure — and our supplier relationships — for everyone else.

Membership is $99/year at the founding rate and renews automatically each year. Cancel anytime — your buying privileges stay active through the end of your paid year. Membership fees are non-refundable. Product invoices are paid securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable sales tax and card processing fees are itemized on each invoice.

Nomad Energy Club is operated by a working off-grid solar professional with years of hands-on RV electrical installation experience and established relationships with Tier-1 distributors. This is a club built by someone who installs this gear for a living — not a marketing company that discovered solar last quarter.
