Please note that a standard 3.1% processing fee is applied to all card transactions to cover our own identical processing costs; this is not a markup. Sales tax if applicable will also apply to your total.
We are a wholesale club, not Amazon Prime. You pay exactly what the carrier charges us to ship your heavy freight. We do not mark up shipping, but we also do not subsidize it.
Shipping speeds are determined directly by the manufacturer's inventory location. We do not control the trucks, but we do control the information: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment it is generated by the warehouse.
To prevent expensive mistakes, the Concierge is trained to perform a Safety Gate check before every order. It will read the specific SKU back to you and require a verbal confirmation. The system will not generate an invoice until you explicitly confirm. This ensures you never accidentally order the wrong component.
